Kestrel Cabernet Sauvignon
Taste Coming from a melody of prime Yakima Valley vineyards, including our own Kestrel Estate Vineyard, the grapes were carefully hand harvested and crushed. It was pumped over twice daily to extract the maximum color and flavor. The wine was aged in small French, Hungarian, and American barrels for 22 months prior to bottling. The wine is very deep purple-ruby, and its aroma is filled with dark fruit such as black cherries and black currants, dark spice, dried herbs, toasted coconut, vanilla, and jam. This expansive and generous wine is full bodied with a lingering finish. The structure is balanced and complex.
