Kestrel Syrah

Taste The wine is a blend of mostly Syrah, but we co-fermented 3% Viognier and blended in 9% Mourvèdre and 5% Malbec to coax out every nuance possible.   The color is inky purple as always.  In the aroma and on the palate you will find an abundance of ripe fruit flavors such as black currant, dark cherry, blackberry, leather, spice, cocoa, vanilla and jam. This is a full bodied wine with a lingering finish.
