In addition to its attractive pale yellow colour with hints of gold, it has a full, complex nose which combines floral aromas with the scent of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and apricot.
Its complex, aromatic flavour in the mouth is firstly reminiscent of the nose, before taking on burned notes of flint and a touch of toast, and notes of hazelnut and Virginia tobacco.
