Super Tuscan "Vino in Musica", IGT

Taste: This special and unique SuperTuscan wine is tightly linked to its territory: the soil composition and its subsoil, the microclimate, the exposure. The Vino in Musica grapes are all harvested by hand, destemmed and crushed individually in a soft gentle way. Wine-making is carried out the traditional way. Nice looking wine, big and black tar colour with ruby rim. Deep, full stately blackcurrant old world fruit, statuesque dusty tannin and a softer background shrill of acid.
Serve at a temperature of 18C with roasted meats and game, and aged sharp cheeses; ideal for contemplative degustations.
