Brunello di Montalcino "Villa al Cortile", DOCG
“Brunello di Montalcino is a classy wine of noble origins, the only one grape variety is Sangiovese, which is hang-picked. The charm of this complex wine derived from the ageing period, during which the freshly-fermented wine matures and slowly absorbs aromas and fragrances from the wood of barrels. The wine remains in oak for at least two years and it becomes available for sale no less than five years after the harvest.”
Taste: lively garnet red color and a strong spicy bouquet with notes of ripened red fruits, leather and vanilla. The palate is harmonious and velvety with generous persistence. Serve at a temperature of 18°C-20°C with roasted meats, game and aged sharp cheeses.
